The Bourns CD214A-B230LF is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode designed for low-voltage, high-frequency rectification applications. It offers a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 30V and an average forward current of 2A. The diode features a very low forward voltage drop of 0.5V at 2A, minimizing power loss. Reverse leakage current is only 0.5mA at rated voltage. With a typical junction capacitance of 200pF, it is suitable for high-speed switching. The device is housed in a compact DO-214AC (SMA) surface-mount package, which saves PCB space and is compatible with standard pick-and-place equipment. The CD214A-B230LF is RoHS3 compliant and lead-free. Note: This series is not recommended for new designs; Bourns suggests the CD214A-B2xR series as a replacement.
