The device has a working peak voltage of 5 V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 6.1 V at 2 mA. Clamping voltages are 9 V at 5 A and 12.5 V at 13 A. Maximum reverse leakage current is 1 μA, and capacitance between I/O pins and ground is 3 pF at 1 MHz. The forward voltage is 1 V at 15 mA.
