The Bourns CD-HD01 is a single phase Schottky bridge rectifier diode designed for efficient rectification in compact surface mount applications. It offers a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100 V and an average forward current of 1.0 A at 55°C ambient temperature. The device features low forward voltage drop (0.75 V to 0.85 V at 1 A) and high surge current capability (30 A at 8.3 ms).
Electrical characteristics include low reverse current (0.025 mA typical at 25°C) and junction capacitance of 250 pF. The thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 110°C/W when mounted on a PCB with a 5.0 mm x 5.0 mm copper pad. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C.
