The Samtec CC81L-2426-01-L is a loose socket contact designed for use with Samtec S2SD series cable assemblies. It accepts 24 to 26 AWG wire and uses a crimp termination with insulation support for reliable connections.
The contact is made of beryllium copper with a gold plating of 10 µ" (0.25 µm) over 50 µ" (1.27 µm) nickel. It is rated for 3.8 A per pin (with 2 pins powered) and 250 VAC. The operating temperature range is -10 °C to +105 °C when used with PVC cable.
