This MCU integrates 128KB of in-system programmable flash memory and 20KB of ultra-low leakage SRAM, along with 8KB of SRAM for cache or system RAM use. It supports a wide range of peripherals including UART, I2C, I2S, multiple SPI interfaces, and an 8-channel, 12-bit ADC. The device also features an integrated temperature sensor, AES-128 security module, and a true random number generator.
Designed for low-power operation, the CC2640R2LRGZR supports a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 3.8V.
