Key features include 128KB of in-system-programmable Flash memory and 8KB of RAM with retention in all power modes. It supports data rates of 250 kbps, 500 kbps, 1 Mbps, and 2 Mbps. The device offers programmable output power up to 0 dBm and excellent receiver sensitivity of -94 dBm at 1 Mbps. It operates within a wide supply voltage range of 2V to 3.6V and features low power consumption, with active-mode RX down to 17.9 mA and power mode 3 down to 0.5 µA.

 

Peripherals include a powerful five-channel DMA, general-purpose timers, an IR generation circuitry, a 32-kHz sleep timer, an accurate digital RSSI, a battery monitor, a temperature sensor, and a 12-bit ADC with eight channels. It also supports I2C, SPI, and USART serial interfaces, along with 23 general-purpose I/O pins. The CC2541F128RHAT is housed in a compact 6mm x 6mm QFN-40 package, suitable for surface mount applications.
