The Texas Instruments CC2533F96RHAT is a true System-on-Chip (SoC) solution designed for 2.4-GHz IEEE 802.15.4 and ZigBee applications. This device integrates a high-performance, low-power 8051 microcontroller core with a 2.4-GHz IEEE 802.15.4 compliant RF transceiver.
