The Texas Instruments CC2533F64RHAT is a System-on-Chip solution designed for 2.4-GHz IEEE 802.15.4 and ZigBee applications. It integrates a high-performance, low-power 8051 microcontroller core with code prefetch, 64KB of in-system-programmable flash memory, and 4KB of RAM with retention in all power modes.
