CC2520RHDT

The Texas Instruments CC2520RHDT is a highly integrated, low-power 2.4 GHz RF transceiver designed for Zigbee and IEEE 802.15.4 wireless applications. This device offers excellent performance with a sensitivity of -98 dBm and a link budget of 103 dB, enabling long-range communication up to 400 meters line-of-sight.

Key electrical characteristics include a wide supply voltage range of 1.8 V to 3.8 V and low current consumption, with RX at 18.5 mA and TX at 33.6 mA @ +5 dBm. It supports data rates up to 250 kbps using DSSS modulation and includes an AES-128 security module for enhanced data protection.
