CC2520RHDR

The Texas Instruments CC2520RHDR is a highly integrated RF transceiver designed for low-power 2.4 GHz wireless applications, specifically targeting Zigbee and IEEE 802.15.4 standards. This device offers excellent performance with a receiver sensitivity of -98dBm and a programmable output power up to +5dBm, enabling a line-of-sight range of up to 400 meters.

Key electrical specifications include a wide operating voltage range of 1.8V to 3.8V and low current consumption, with RX at 18.5mA and TX at 33.6mA @ +5dBm. It supports a maximum data rate of 250kbps using DSSS modulation and features an SPI interface for communication. The integrated AES-128 security module provides hardware-accelerated encryption.
