CC2400RSUR Description

Short technical summary and product information.

The CC2400RSUR from Texas Instruments is a true single-chip 2.4 GHz RF transceiver designed for low-power and low-voltage wireless applications. It integrates a baseband modem supporting over-the-air data rates of 10 kbps, 250 kbps, and 1 Mbps.

This transceiver features a low current consumption of 24 mA in RX mode and operates from a low core supply voltage of 1.8 V. It offers programmable output power up to 0 dBm and requires no external RF switch or filter. The device includes an I/Q low-IF receiver and an I/Q direct up-conversion transmitter, with FIFO for data bursting and packet handling hardware.

Packaged in a compact 48-QFN (7x7 mm) with surface mount, the CC2400RSUR is suitable for applications in the 2.4 GHz ISM/SRD band. Its operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C. Reference designs comply with EN 300 328, EN 300 440, FCC CFR47 part 15, and ARIB STD-T66.

This product is not recommended for new designs. Alternate products with improved functionality are available.
