The Texas Instruments CC1310F128RSMR is an ultra-low-power Sub-1GHz wireless MCU designed for a wide range of applications. It integrates a powerful Arm Cortex-M3 processor with a clock speed of up to 48 MHz, offering an EEMBC CoreMark score of 142 and an ULPBench score of 158.
This device features 128kB of in-system programmable Flash memory and 20kB of ultra-low-leakage SRAM, along with 8KB of SRAM for cache.
