The Yageo CC1206JKNPODBN220 is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) offering 22 pF capacitance with ±5% tolerance and a rated voltage of 2000 V (2 kV). It utilizes a C0G/NP0 dielectric, which provides excellent temperature stability with a temperature coefficient of C0G, NP0 and an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
This capacitor is housed in a standard 1206 (3216 metric) package measuring 3.20 mm x 1.60 mm with a maximum thickness of 1.45 mm.
