CC1175RHBR

The Texas Instruments CC1175RHBR is a fully integrated, single-chip RF transmitter designed for narrowband systems. It offers high spectral efficiency, supporting data rates up to 200 kbps within a 12.5 kHz channel, compliant with FCC narrowbanding mandates.

Key electrical specifications include a wide operating frequency range spanning 164-192 MHz, 274-320 MHz, 410-480 MHz, and 820-960 MHz. It provides programmable output power up to +16 dBm with 0.4 dB step size and operates from a wide supply voltage range of 2.0 V to 3.6 V. Current consumption is low, with TX mode drawing 45 mA at +14 dBm and power-down mode consuming only 0.12 μA.

This device supports various modulation formats including 2-FSK, 2-GFSK, 4-FSK, 4-GFSK, MSK, and OOK. It features very low phase noise of -111 dBc/Hz at a 10-kHz offset and includes a 128-byte TX FIFO for seamless integration.
