The Texas Instruments CC1121RHMR is a single-chip, high-performance, low-power RF transceiver with an integrated MCU, designed for wireless systems operating in the General ISM < 1GHz band. It supports configurable data rates up to 200 kbps and offers excellent receiver sensitivity as low as -120 dBm at 1.2 kbps.
This device supports multiple modulation formats including 2-FSK, 2-GFSK, 4-FSK, 4-GFSK, MSK, and OOK. It features programmable output power up to +16 dBm and operates within a wide supply voltage range of 2.0 V to 3.6 V. The CC1121RHMR is housed in a 32-VFQFN exposed pad package and is suitable for surface mount applications.
Key features include separate 128-byte RX and TX FIFOs, enhanced Wake-On-Radio functionality, and support for TCXO and automatic clear channel assessment (CCA).
