The Yageo CC0805KKX7R8BB474 is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) designed for general purpose applications. It offers a capacitance of 0.47 µF with a tolerance of ±10% and a rated DC voltage of 25 V. The X7R dielectric provides stable performance over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C with a dissipation factor of 3.5% max.
This capacitor has an insulation resistance of 10 GOhms minimum and is capable of withstanding 200% of rated voltage during endurance testing. The X7R temperature coefficient ensures capacitance change within ±15% over the operating temperature range.
