The CBC3225T220MR is a 22 µH unshielded wirewound inductor from Taiyo Yuden, part of the CB series of chip power inductors. It offers a nominal inductance of 22 µH measured at 0.1 MHz with ±20% tolerance. The inductor is rated for a maximum current of 0.62 A, with a saturation current of 0.62 A (30% inductance drop) and a temperature rise current of 0.78 A (40°C rise). Typical DC resistance is 0.27 Ω, with a maximum of 0.351 Ω. The self-resonant frequency is a minimum of 17 MHz. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C, including self-generated heat.
