The CAT4004BHU2-GT3 is a constant current programmable LED driver IC manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It provides four matched low dropout current sources, eliminating the need for an external RSET resistor. The LED current is internally set to 25 mA and can be digitally controlled with 32 linear dimming levels via a 1-wire EZDim interface.
