CAT24C03WI-GT3

The CAT24C03WI-GT3 is a 4Kb CMOS Serial EEPROM device from Catalyst Semiconductor Inc., organized internally as 16 pages of 16 bytes each. It supports both Standard (100 kHz) and Fast (400 kHz) I2C protocols, with a wide supply voltage range from 1.8 V to 5.5 V. Data is written using a Page Write Buffer of 16 bytes, and read operations involve serial shifting with automatic address incrementing. Hardware write protection is available for the upper half of the memory via the WP pin. The device features Schmitt triggers and noise suppression filters on its I2C bus inputs (SCL and SDA) for enhanced signal integrity. It boasts a high endurance of 1,000,000 Program/Erase Cycles and 100 years of data retention, operating within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Available in multiple package options including SOIC-8, TSOT-23, PDIP-8, TSSOP-8, and TDFN-8.
