The CAT1025WI-30-GT3 is a simple reset/power-on reset supervisor IC from On Semiconductor, designed to monitor a single 3V supply voltage. It features a minimum reset timeout of 130ms and provides an open drain or open collector output that can be configured for active high or active low reset signals. The device also integrates 2K EEPROM memory for additional system functionality.
