The CA3220M1300 is a 20 position female socket receptacle with a 1.27mm pitch, part of the CA32 series from CVILUX CORP. Designed for board-to-board or cable-to-board applications, this surface mount connector supports automated assembly with pick-and-place features and a polarizing key for correct orientation. The push-pull fastening type ensures secure mating and unmating.
Electrical ratings include 1.5A current and 230V AC/DC voltage. Contact resistance is less than 10 mΩ, insulation resistance exceeds 1000 MΩ, and dielectric strength is 500V AC. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C. Mechanical performance includes a mating force of 500g max and un-mating force of 100g min per contact.
The connector is housed in a UL94 V-0 rated red insulator with an insulation height of 5.26mm. Contacts are tin-plated. The connector is suitable for 1.6mm thick PCBs. Solderability and resistance to soldering heat are specified for both tin-lead and lead-free processes.
