The CA3097E is a NPN/PNP transistor array from Harris Semiconductor, featuring an emitter-coupled configuration. It is designed for through-hole mounting in a 16-DIP (0.300", 7.62mm) package, also known as 16-PDIP. The transistor array is specified with a maximum collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 50V. Two separate current ratings are provided: 100mA for the NPN transistors and 10mA for the PNP transistors. This part can be used in general-purpose switching and amplification applications where a combination of NPN and PNP transistors in a single package is required. The device is RoHS3 compliant (unverified) and has an MSL of 1. No datasheet is currently available for further specifications.
