The Intersil CA3086 is a monolithic silicon NPN transistor array containing five general-purpose transistors. Two of these transistors are internally connected as a differentially connected pair. This array is well-suited for a variety of low-power applications operating across a frequency range from DC to 120MHz for power applications and up to 190MHz for general-purpose signal processing.
