The CA3039 is a six matched diode array integrated on a common monolithic substrate, designed for ultra-fast low capacitance applications in communications and switching systems. Each diode features a reverse recovery time of 1ns typical and a forward voltage match of 5mV maximum, ensuring excellent dynamic matching. The diode capacitance is typically 0.65pF at VR = -2V, enabling high-speed operation.
