The diode capacitance is typically 0.65pF at VR = -2V, enabling high-speed operation.

 

Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 5V for diodes D1-D5 and 0.5V for D6, a maximum DC forward current of 25mA, and a recurrent forward current of 100mA. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C, making it suitable for harsh environments. Five diodes are independently accessible, while the sixth shares a common terminal with the substrate, which should be returned to a negative DC potential for capacitive balance.
