The C8D10DS29C1 is a 20 position dual female card edge connector from TE Connectivity. It is designed for through hole mounting and accepts cards with thickness from 0.054 to 0.071 inches (1.37mm to 1.80mm). The connector features a 0.100 inch (2.54mm) pitch with dual readout, allowing connection to both sides of a PCB edge. Contacts are gold plated copper alloy with a thickness of 30 microinches (0.76µm), ensuring reliable low-resistance connections. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C.
This connector uses cantilever contact type and is terminated via solder. It is part of the C8 series of card edge insulators and assemblies. Per manufacturer notification, this part number has been discontinued; a RoHS compliant substitute is the TE Connectivity 3-6437275-6.
