The C8051F921-GM is an 8-bit microcontroller based on the 8051 core, part of Silicon Labs' ultra-low-power C8051F92x-93x family. It operates from a supply voltage of 0.9V to 3.6V, enabling single-cell battery operation. The device features 32KB of Flash program memory and 4.25KB of RAM. It runs at up to 25 MHz with a pipelined instruction architecture. Peripherals include a 10-bit ADC with 15 channels and 300 ksps sampling rate, four 16-bit timers, a real-time clock (SmaRTClock), and multiple serial interfaces (SMBus/I2C, SPI, UART/USART). The MCU also includes brown-out detection, POR, PWM, temperature sensor, and watchdog timer. It has 16 I/O lines, all 5V tolerant. The internal oscillator runs at 24.5 MHz with 2% accuracy.
