The C8051F567-IMR is an 8-bit microcontroller from Silicon Laboratories based on the high-speed 8051 core. It delivers up to 50 MIPS throughput with a pipelined instruction architecture. The device integrates 16KB of in-system programmable Flash memory and 2.25KB of internal data RAM. It features 25 general-purpose I/O pins that are 5V tolerant, along with a 12-bit ADC capable of up to 200 ksps with 25 external inputs. Digital peripherals include SMBus (I2C), SPI, and UART serial interfaces, four 16-bit timers, a programmable counter array with PWM, and a built-in temperature sensor. The microcontroller operates from a supply voltage of 1.8V to 5.25V and draws a typical current of 19 mA at 50 MHz. An internal 24 MHz oscillator with ±0.5% accuracy is available, and the device can switch clock sources on-the-fly. The C8051F567-IMR is automotive qualified and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It is housed in a 32-VFQFN exposed pad package (32-QFN, 5x5 mm) for surface mount assembly. On-chip debug circuitry enables non-intrusive in-system debugging without an emulator.
