The C8051F500-IMR is an 8-bit microcontroller based on the high-speed 8051 core, manufactured by Silicon Labs. It is part of the C8051F50x/F51x mixed-signal ISP Flash MCU family. The device operates at up to 50 MHz with a pipelined instruction architecture that executes 70% of instructions in 1 or 2 system clocks, achieving up to 50 MIPS throughput.
It includes 64 kB of in-system programmable Flash memory and 4352 bytes of internal data RAM (256 + 4096 XRAM). The microcontroller features a 12-bit ADC with up to 200 ksps sampling rate and 32 external single-ended inputs, two comparators, a temperature sensor, and a variety of digital peripherals including CAN 2.0, LIN 2.1, SPI, I2C (SMBus), UART, and USB.
