It includes 64 kB of in-system programmable Flash memory and 4352 bytes of internal data RAM (256 + 4096 XRAM). The microcontroller features a 12-bit ADC with up to 200 ksps sampling rate and 32 external single-ended inputs, two comparators, a temperature sensor, and a variety of digital peripherals including CAN 2.0, LIN 2.1, SPI, I2C (SMBus), UART, and USB. It also has a 16-bit programmable counter array with PWM functionality.

 

The device is supplied in a 48-VFQFN exposed pad package (48-QFN 7x7 mm) and is surface mount. It operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It is automotive qualified to AEC-Q100. The supply voltage range is 1.8V to 5.25V, and typical operating current is 19 mA at 50 MHz, with a stop mode current of 2 µA.
