The C8051F350-GQ is a high-performance 8-bit microcontroller from Silicon Labs based on the 8051 core. It operates at up to 50MHz with a pipelined instruction architecture that executes 70% of instructions in 1 or 2 system clocks. The device includes 8KB of in-system programmable Flash memory and 768 bytes of RAM.
Analog peripherals are a standout feature: a 24-bit ADC with 8 input channels, programmable gain amplifier (1x to 128x), and conversion rates up to 1 ksps with 0.0015% nonlinearity. It also includes two 8-bit current output DACs and a built-in temperature sensor. Digital peripherals include 17 general-purpose I/O pins (5V tolerant), UART, SMBus/I2C, SPI, four 16-bit timers, and a programmable counter array with PWM.
Clock sources include an internal 24.5 MHz oscillator (±2% accuracy) that can be multiplied to 50 MHz, and support for external crystal, RC, or clock inputs. The microcontroller operates from 2.7V to 3.6V with typical active current of 5.8 mA at 25 MHz and 0.1 µA in stop mode. It is specified for -40°C to +85°C operation. The 32-LQFP (7x7 mm) package enables surface mount assembly.
The supply voltage range is 2.7V to 3.6V.
It is available in a 32-LQFP (7x7 mm) surface mount package.
The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
The RoHS status is listed as RoHS3 compliant but is unverified.
The ADC is 24-bit with 8 input channels and a programmable gain amplifier (1x to 128x).
It has 8KB of Flash program memory and 768 bytes of RAM.
The maximum clock speed is 50 MHz, achieved via an internal oscillator multiplier.
