The C8051F341-GQR is an 8-bit microcontroller based on the 8051 core, part of Silicon Labs' C8051F34x family. It operates at up to 48 MHz and includes 32KB of Flash program memory and 2.25KB of RAM.
It offers a rich set of digital peripherals including EBI/EMI, SMBus (I2C), SPI, UART/USART, and USB. Analog peripherals include a 10-bit ADC with 20 channels, two comparators, and a temperature sensor. It also features brown-out detect, POR, PWM, and watchdog timer.
