C8051F326-GMR

The C8051F326-GMR is a high-performance 8-bit microcontroller from Silicon Laboratories, built around a pipelined 8051 core that delivers up to 25 MIPS throughput at 25 MHz. It is part of the C8051F326/7 family designed for USB-enabled embedded applications. The device integrates a USB 2.0 full-speed function controller with an internal transceiver and clock recovery, eliminating the need for an external crystal. Memory resources include 16 KB of in-system programmable Flash memory and 1.5 KB of internal RAM (including a 256-byte USB FIFO).

Peripheral features include 15 general-purpose I/O pins that are 5V-tolerant, an enhanced UART, two 16-bit timers, and a power-on reset (POR) circuit. The internal oscillator provides 0.25% accuracy with clock recovery enabled, supporting all USB and UART modes. An integrated voltage regulator allows operation from a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.25V, while the device is specified for the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.

The microcontroller is offered in a compact 28-pin QFN package with an exposed pad (5x5mm), suitable for space-constrained designs. On-chip debug circuitry enables non-intrusive in-system debugging without an emulator, providing breakpoints, single stepping, and memory/register inspection.
