The C8051F314-GQ is an 8-bit microcontroller from Silicon Labs based on the high-speed 8051 core. It is part of the C8051F31x family and features 8KB of in-system programmable Flash memory and 1280 bytes of internal data RAM. The device operates at clock speeds up to 25 MHz and executes 70% of instructions in one or two system clocks, providing up to 25 MIPS throughput.
The MCU is designed for embedded control applications requiring a broad set of digital peripherals. It includes 29 port I/O lines, a hardware UART, SMBus, and SPI serial interfaces, four general-purpose 16-bit counter/timers, and a programmable counter array with PWM capability.
