The C8051F310 is an 8-bit microcontroller based on the high-speed 8051 core, capable of up to 25 MIPS throughput with a 25 MHz clock. It includes 16 kB of in-system programmable Flash memory and 1.25 kB of internal RAM. The device integrates a 10-bit ADC with up to 200 ksps sampling rate and 21 external input channels, along with analog comparators.
Peripheral features include a programmable counter array (PCA) with five capture/compare modules, four 16-bit timers, and a hardware-enhanced UART, SMBus, and SPI serial interfaces. The MCU also includes a built-in temperature sensor, power-on reset (POR), watchdog timer (WDT), and PWM outputs.
