The C8051F023 is a highly integrated mixed-signal 8-bit microcontroller from Silicon Labs, based on the 8051 core. It operates at up to 25 MHz and provides 64KB of in-system programmable Flash memory and 4.25KB of internal data RAM. The device features 32 general-purpose I/O lines and supports a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
