The C8051F021-GQR is a high-performance 8-bit microcontroller from Silicon Laboratories based on the 8051 core with a pipelined architecture achieving up to 25 MIPS at 25 MHz. It features 64KB of in-system programmable Flash memory and 4352 bytes of internal data RAM. Analog peripherals include a 12-bit SAR ADC (up to 100 ksps) with 8 external inputs, an 8-bit ADC (up to 500 ksps), two 12-bit DACs, two analog comparators, a built-in temperature sensor (±3°C), and an on-chip voltage reference. Digital connectivity is provided through SMBus (I²C compatible), SPI, and dual UART serial interfaces, along with an external memory interface (EBI/EMI). Additional peripherals include a programmable 16-bit counter/timer array, five general-purpose 16-bit timers, a watchdog timer, and brown-out detection. The device operates from 2.7V to 3.6V over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It is offered in a 64-pin TQFP (10x10 mm) package for surface-mount assembly.
