The Silicon Labs C8051F021-GQ is a highly integrated mixed-signal microcontroller based on the 8051 architecture. It features an 8-bit core capable of up to 25 MIPS and operates with a maximum clock frequency of 25MHz.
This microcontroller includes 64kB of in-system programmable FLASH memory for program storage and 4.35kB of on-chip RAM. It supports an 8-bit data bus width and offers 32 programmable I/O pins. The device is equipped with two 12-bit DACs and eight 12-bit ADCs, along with two analogue comparators.
