The C4ATFBU4150A3AJ is a metallized polypropylene film capacitor from the C4AT series. It features a capacitance of 1.5 µF with ±5% tolerance and a rated voltage of 400 VDC (250 VAC). The capacitor employs self-healing technology and offers a low dissipation factor of 5×10⁻⁴ at 1 kHz. Designed for through-hole mounting, it comes in a radial plastic box package with 27.5 mm lead spacing and 1.2 mm tinned copper wire leads. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
