This Yageo KPS series capacitor is a 0.47 µF, 630V DC multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with X7R dielectric and ±20% tolerance. It features a stacked SMD package with J-leads, measuring 6.00mm x 5.00mm x 5.50mm. The X7R dielectric offers stable capacitance over temperature (-55°C to +125°C) with a change limited to ±15%. The KPS series uses a proprietary lead-frame technology to stack two MLCC chips, providing higher capacitance in a smaller footprint while offering mechanical isolation for board flex up to 10mm. The capacitor is RoHS and REACH compliant, with matte tin termination finish.
