The Bel Fuse C1Q 250 is a 250mA fast-acting chip fuse from the C1Q series, designed for surface mount applications in a compact 1206 (3216 metric) package. It is rated for 125VAC and 63VDC with an interrupting capacity of 100A AC and 50A DC. The fuse exhibits a nominal cold resistance of 0.85 ohms, voltage drop of 0.25V at rated current, and power dissipation of 0.06W. It operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
This fuse is RoHS3 compliant, halogen free, and lead free, with MSL Level 1. It is also AEC-Q qualified, making it suitable for automotive applications. The termination material is Ag/Ni/Sn (100% lead-free) with a lead-free glass element cover coating. Typical applications include notebook computers, LCD monitors, PC computers, office electronics, industrial and medical equipment, POE/POE+, and LED TVs.
