This KEMET multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) is part of the SMD Comm C0G series, offering a capacitance of 330 pF with ±10% tolerance and a rated DC voltage of 50 V. It features a C0G/NP0 dielectric, which provides ultra-stable capacitance over temperature with a TCC of ±30 ppm/°C, very low losses (dissipation factor 0.1% at 1 MHz), and high insulation resistance (minimum 100 GOhms). The aging rate is 0% per decade hour, ensuring long-term stability.

The capacitor is housed in an industry-standard 0603 (1608 Metric) surface mount package with tin terminations, measuring 1.6 mm x 0.8 mm with a maximum thickness of 0.87 mm.
