This KEMET C0603C122J5RACAUTO is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from the SMD Auto X7R series. It offers a nominal capacitance of 1200pF with ±5% tolerance, rated at 50V DC. The X7R dielectric provides stable capacitance over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum capacitance change of ±15%.
The component is AEC-Q200 qualified, making it suitable for automotive applications including bypass and decoupling.
