The BZX884-B4V7315 is a general-purpose Zener diode from NXP Semiconductors, part of the BZX884 series. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 4.7V with a tolerance of ±2%. The device is rated for a maximum power dissipation of 250mW at ambient temperatures up to 25°C. It features a low forward voltage of 0.9V at 10mA and a maximum reverse leakage current of 3µA at 2V.
