The BZX884-B13315 is a general-purpose Zener diode from the BZX884 series by Nexperia. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 13V with a tolerance of ±2%. The device can dissipate up to 250mW of power at an ambient temperature of 25°C. Typical electrical characteristics include a maximum impedance (Zzt) of 10Ω, a reverse leakage current of 100nA at 8V reverse voltage, and a forward voltage of 900mV at 10mA forward current. The diode operates over a wide temperature range of -65°C to 150°C. It is housed in a compact SOD-882 (DFN1006-2) leadless surface mount package, suitable for automated assembly. The diode is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications. Typical applications include general voltage regulation, ESD protection for high-speed switching, and high-frequency circuits.
