The BZX85C6V2-TR is a silicon planar power Zener diode from Vishay's BZX85 series. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 6.2V with a tolerance of ±5% and a maximum power dissipation of 1.3W (at 25°C ambient, leads at 4mm from case).
