The BZX85C20-TAP is a Silicon Planar Power Zener Diode from Vishay Dale's BZX85 series, designed for voltage stabilization and clipping circuits requiring high power rating. Its nominal Zener voltage is 20V with a tolerance of ±5%. Electrical characteristics include a maximum dynamic resistance of 24 Ω at the test current IZT, a maximum reverse leakage current of 500 nA at 15V, and a power dissipation of 1.3W when leads are kept at ambient temperature at a distance of 4mm from the case (tp=10ms).
