The BZX84C6V2LT1G from ON Semiconductor is a Zener voltage regulator diode designed for low-power voltage regulation. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 6.2V with a tolerance of ±6%. Power dissipation is rated at 250mW when mounted on FR-4 or FR-5 boards. The device offers a maximum forward voltage of 900mV at 10mA and a reverse leakage current of 3µA at 4V.
