The BZX84C5V6W-7-F is a 5.6V Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated, part of the BZX84C family. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 5.6V with a tolerance of ±7%, corresponding to a voltage range of 5.2V to 6.0V at a test current of 5 mA. The maximum Zener impedance is 40 Ω at 5 mA and 500 Ω at 1 mA. Reverse leakage current is limited to 1 µA at 2 V reverse voltage. Forward voltage is typically 0.9 V at 10 mA.
Power dissipation is rated at 200 mW maximum when mounted on an FR4 PCB with the recommended pad layout. Thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 625 K/W. The device operates over a temperature range of -65°C to 125°C.
