The BZX84C4V7LT1G is a 4.7V Zener diode from ON Semiconductor's BZX84CxxxLT1G series. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 4.7V with ±6% tolerance and a maximum power dissipation of 250mW on FR-5 board at 25°C. The device features a maximum forward voltage of 900mV at 10mA and a reverse leakage current of 3µA at 2V. It is rated for ESD protection exceeding 16kV Human Body Model (Class 3). The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
The diode is housed in a surface mount SOT-23-3 (TO-236) package with gull wing leads, designed for automated assembly. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel. The device is RoHS compliant and Pb-Free, with a flammability rating of UL 94 V-0. Maximum soldering temperature is 260°C for 10 seconds.
