BZX84C3V3LT1

BZX84C3V3LT1 is a 3.3V Zener voltage regulator diode from ON Semiconductor, part of the BZX84C series. It provides voltage regulation in a compact SOT-23-3 surface-mount package, dissipating up to 225mW on FR-5 board at 25°C. The device is designed for applications where space is at a premium, such as cellular phones, handheld portables, and high-density PC boards.
