The BZX84C2V4T is a Zener voltage regulator diode from the BZX84CxxxLT1G series. It is designed for voltage regulation in space-constrained applications. Key electrical specifications include a nominal Zener voltage of 2.4 V (with a series range of 2.4 V to 75 V) and a maximum power dissipation of 250 mW on FR-5 board (300 mW on alumina substrate). The device is packaged in a surface mount SOT-23 package, suitable for automated assembly.
